Training Brek

Having a hard time looking at this picture, maybe breakfast this morning will explain why. . . .

2 cups OJ
2 sausage links
3 pieces of bacon
1 Blueberry French Toast Souffle
1 scoop cinnamon apples
10 hard boiled eggs (only the white protein part, don't worry health nuts!)

I suppose you could say...training has started.
